  • Pogačar secured three wins (Stages 1, 6, 7), impressively sealing both overall and points jerseys 

  • His attack on Stage 6 reclaimed the yellow jersey from Evenepoel, leading him to a 43-second advantage entering the final two mountain stages 

  • The queen stage on Stage 7 saw him extend the lead to 1′ 01″ over Vingegaard with a powerful climb to Valmeinier 1800

  • He finished strong with a 59-second margin in the finale atop Plateau du Mont‑Cenis 


Key Contenders:

  • Vingegaard fought hard in the high mountains, but couldn’t drop Pogačar; kept pressure though mounted a late-stage chase 

  • Lipowitz, a promising young German, not only took 3rd overall but also the best young rider classification
